    Add the location of the burial or cremation, or where the ceremony took place. You may include a cemetery name, town, or GPS link.

  • Charity Information *

    If donations are being collected in their memory, you can include the name of the chosen charity and a link (e.g. “Alzheimer’s Society – https://alzheimers.org.uk”).

  • QR Plaque / NFC Tag *

    Choose between a QR code plaque and an NFC tag. QR plaque: A weather-resistant plate with a scannable code NFC tag: Tap your phone (no app needed) to open the memorial

  • Optional Name and Date for QR Plague *
