How I Work with You

QRest™ is a digital memorial page that tells someone’s story online. It can include a biography, timeline, photos, audio, quotes, and more—hosted privately and accessed via a QR code.

StoneCode™ is a package that includes a QR code plaque (for headstones, benches, or memorials) plus a digital memorial site. When someone scans the QR, they’re taken directly to the tribute page.

ReVoice™ ReVoice is a voice-based online memorial that brings memories to life through sound. Instead of photos and text, it features spoken messages—these can include tributes from family and friends, final words or letters from the deceased, and even a read-aloud version of their biography.

It was designed to be a more accessible and emotional experience, especially for those with visual impairments or anyone who finds comfort in hearing a voice. Premium options include AI voice cloning (if recordings are available), allowing you to recreate the person’s voice with care and respect.

The finished audio file is yours to keep and can also be added to other digital memory.

QR code plaques with Braille are available.

I handle the full setup for you. Once you’ve chosen your style and sent over the details (photos, stories, dates, etc.), I design and build the memorial. You’ll get a preview to approve before it’s final.

Before the year ends, I’ll contact you using the email address you provided to ask if you’d like to renew. If not, you’ll still have the offline version of your site to keep.

I understand the importance of this. Every memorial is archived and backed up. You also receive a digital copy of the finished memorial—either by email or USB (if you select this option). This is a “flattened” version of the page that can be opened like a website, even offline. So you’ll always have a permanent copy, regardless of what happens to the main site.

Once the memorial is approved, I send you a digital version of it—a full offline copy that you can view anytime, with or without internet. You can also request it on a USB stick. If you make future changes, I’ll send an updated version. I also keep a secure archive backup on my end.

QR plaques or printed items will take a bit longer due to production and delivery times.

Digital memorials are usually ready within 5–7 days.

Express options (like 48 or 72-hour turnaround) are available for an extra fee—great if you need something quickly before a funeral or service.

Yes, I offer memorial or tribute photography sessions, but these are only available in Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Not at all. You can send your materials afterward by email or WhatsApp—whatever works best for you. I’ll guide you through what’s needed.

Absolutely. Just send me a message and we’ll create a custom package tailored to your needs—whether it’s an unusual layout, extra pages, or special features.

A lot! I understand that every tribute is unique, so I offer many ways to personalise your memorial. Some of the custom options include:

  • Different layouts (timeline, grid, scrollable story)
  • Extra photo or video galleries
  • More voice recordings or longer text sections
  • Custom colour themes to match a favourite colour or mood
  • Background music or playlists
  • Hosting the page on your own domain (e.g., www.inmemoryofdad.com)

I also offer creative support like writing biographies, turning voice notes into a life story, or helping you gather materials from friends and family.

Yes, Braille QR plaques are available as an add-on. Please let me know in advance so I can prepare it accordingly.
