That conversation stayed with me. I started researching what was possible. I found plenty of digital memorial providers across the UK, but they were impersonal and often hard to use. There was no one nearby offering face-to-face help or personal support to create something lasting — something human. That’s when I realised I could help.

With a background in web design, social media, and photography — including experience at Start and Snap — I already knew how to build beautiful, functional digital spaces. But more importantly, I knew how to listen. I’m also currently a counsellor in training, which helps me work sensitively with people navigating grief and remembrance.
