We offer both physical products (e.g., QR plaques, albums) and digital products (e.g., memorial web pages, voice recordings).
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment must be made in full before delivery or access to digital products is granted.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and products remain the intellectual property of Digital Gravestones unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for faulty goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- Digital products and memorials (e.g., virtual memorials): delivered worldwide within 5 working days.
- Physical products: shipped within 7 working days to UK addresses only.
- Standard delivery times apply, but you can choose Priority delivery options at checkout for faster service.
- For urgent orders, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
Returns & Cancellations
Non-customized Physical Goods
- If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at your expense unless faulty or damaged.
- Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue your refund within 14 days. You do not need to provide a reason for the return. Read more here.
Customised or Personalised Physical Goods
- Due to their nature, customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Please contact us if you receive a faulty or damaged item.
Digital Products and Memorials
- Digital products and virtual memorials are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of proven faults or errors.
- As digital products are intangible and delivered immediately, cancellations are not possible after 24h of ordering.
